Accountant/Financial Analyst

Job Description:

The Accountant/Financial Analyst will play a key role in managing the company’s financial operations, including accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills, who can provide insights to support decision-making and ensure the financial health of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Prepare and process invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and corporate governance standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CA, CPA, CMA) is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience in financial management
• Proven experience in accounting and financial analysis, preferably in the FMCG or beverage industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
