 We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Sales Executives to drive sales and manage distributor networks across various regions in Kerala. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the frozen dessert industry, particularly in ice creams or frozen pulp, and should be well-versed in managing both B2B and B2C outlets. The role requires individuals who are familiar with the local market and can effectively handle multiple distributors while capturing and analyzing sales data.

Job Description:

As a Sales Executive at FreshStory, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets in your designated area. Your primary role will be to manage and grow relationships with distributors, ensure product availability across various outlets, and capture sales data to support decision-making

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors to ensure efficient product distribution.
  • Identify and target new business opportunities in both B2B and B2C markets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to optimize product placement and promotional activities.
  • Conduct regular market visits to ensure the availability and visibility of FreshStory products.
  • Train and support distributor sales teams to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as set by the management.
  • Provide regular feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum education: 10+2 or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the frozen dessert industry (ice creams, frozen pulp, etc.).
  • Proven track record of managing distributors and achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity with the B2B and B2C outlets in the area and ability to handle multiple distributors.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
